Here is a picture of the constellation Lyra taken from Connecticut Star Party 10 on 28-29 September 2000. This photo is a 10 minute exposure on Koday Royal Gold 400 film using a 135mm F2.5 lens. A fog filter was used for about 2 minutes of the exposure, this is done to enlarge the images of the brighter stars (otherwise the constellation may be difficult to see among all the other fainter stars). North is to the upper left in this image.
